This website, www.skills2oz.com is owned and operated by Skills2oz Pty Ltd. (An Australian private company ABN 31 129 454 995 referred to as “Skills2oz”, “We “, “Us”). In maintaining this website, Skills2oz is not acting as an employment agency, and will neither attempt to match applicants with job openings nor assure that any job seekers will necessarily suit a vacant role.

EMPLOYEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1) By entering their details on our websites, employees confirm that they are a genuine job seeker looking for employment opportunities.
2) Employee information will remain confidential in accordance with our privacy policy.
3) A fee is applicable to upload personal details to the site. This is a non-refundable fee which will allow the employee to display relevant information pursuant of attaining a new role in Australia.
4) When an employee enters their CV/Resume and has paid the one off fee, their details will then become visible to prospective employers and recruiters. This will include any modes of contact that the employee has elected to present.

NO IMPROPER USE OF WEBSITE.

Employees shall not upload, post or transmit to or distribute or otherwise publish through the website, any material which (i) restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the website, (ii) in Skills2oz ‘s discretion is unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, pornographic, profane, sexually explicit or indecent, (iii) constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate law, (iv) violates, plagiarises or infringes the rights of third parties including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right, (v) contains a computer virus or other harmful component, or (vi) constitutes or contains false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact.
Skills2oz reserves the right to delete an account from the site if any of the above terms have been breached.

CONFIDENTIALITY NOT GUARANTEED.

The employee acknowledges that transmissions to and from the website are not confidential and the employee’s communications may be read or intercepted by others. The employee acknowledges that by its submitting Communications to Skills2oz, no confidential, fiduciary, contractually implied or other relationship is created between Employee and Skills2oz, other than pursuant to the Terms and Conditions.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions.

Skills2oz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of changes in the Agreement will be posted on the Skills2oz website.
